I am a Cambridge University student (going into 3rd Year) and my partner is looking to start a new career in the city but does have a stable full time job already.

*furnished preferably
*within 1.5 miles of city centre
*long term rental (at least 9 months)
*can afford max £500 pcm
*good transport links
*bills included preferably even if at a higher rent
*looking to move end of september time
*deposit available
