I am an professional 28 year old female looking for a double or large single furnished room in a house/flat shared with 1 or 2 easygoing professionals (male/female).
A place somewhere in the area more or less between town centre and Addenbrookes. £400-£500/month all bills included. Wireless internet, washing machine and good size fridge is a must.
I am very considerate, not noisy, friendly and clean up after myself. I would like to share with like-minded people. My own bathroom would be nice but sharing with one person who keeps things clean would be fine. I don't have friends over very often but would like to have the freedom to have some friends over every now and again. A place that can feel like home is desirable. Preferrably but not absolute: 3 month contract and ongoing on a monthly basis with 1 month notice.
