I have a one bed ground floor airy and spacious flat in Cambourne built in 2004 with a small patch of garden I have planted up alongside a communal garden. The garden is fenced in but is not private. I am in a quiet part of Cambourne. Landlord is Granta and rent is IRO £66 per week.

I am looking for a 2 bed house or GROUND floor flat with garden. I will consider areas other than Cambridge but will NOT under any circumstances consider LONDON, B'HAM, MANCHESTER

I'd be happy to stay here but I need a two bed so I can take custody of my daughter. So please hep if you can

Local facilities include Church, 2 primary schools, community centre, pub, Morrisons, nursery, takeaways, and lots of open space. There are lots of village activities and it's easy to access Cambridge itself, Huntingdon, St Neots and Bedford. The M11 is very close for commuting to London as is the a14 for commuting west or east to a11.
