The cottage has a large modern kitchen, lounge with wood burning stove, bathroom (with bath, toilet and separate shower), additional downstairs toilet and a good sized, sunny garden with patio. Peaceful location with the river only a 5 minute walk away and there is off road parking for one car (with additional free parking on the roadside).
I am looking to share with another professional, working female.
The cottage is located in Little Thetford, 3 miles north of Ely.
The room itself is 5m x 3.5m, unfurnished apart from a double bed with mattress and overlooks the garden. Rent is £280 pcm, plus bills.
