I will have a good-size (3.3 x 3.3 m) double room available from mid-August. The room is modern and neutrally decorated with a wood laminate floor. It is furnished with solid, light wood furniture - low double bed with 2 large drawers underneath, double wardrobe with glass doors and 3 drawers, chest of drawers and two bedside cabinets. It has a large window overlooking the back garden (the top middle one in the picture), so it is light and peaceful.

The house is spacious but homely with four double bedrooms, 3 reception rooms, two bathrooms, garage and conservatory. It has a large deck and lovely garden - perfect for BBQs! Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc. Unlimited broadband internet. Shared use of kitchen, bathroom, living room and dining room.

You'd be sharing with three busy, sociable females (age 26-33) who are all down-to-earth and friendly. We keep the house tidy and clean (especially the kitchen). You would ideally be similar, although males also considered! There are also pet cats and dogs living in the house, so animal lover preferred!

Would recommend you have a car as there is off road parking and the location gives very quick access to the A505 and M11 (J10). Therefore quick, easy links to Cambridge, Stansted, London, A11, A10, A14, Royston etc by car. There is a small shop in the garage within a few minutes walk or a Waitrose and Tesco within 10 minutes drive.

Public transport is not so easy as despite being a stones throw from the Citi 7 bus stop to Cambridge, it takes 50 mins to the centre. The train station at Whittlesford is 2 1/2 miles away.
