We are 2 students at ARU going into our 2nd year, looking for two housemates for next term.
We have our names down on a house in arbury road but will lose it unless we find 2 more housemates quickly.
The house is a decent size, has 2 parking spaces, a garden, open plan kitchen/dining area, and a separate living room also of good size. There is a downstairs toilet as well as a bathroom on the 1st floor.
Rent for the 2 rooms would be 300 pounds a month each, not including bills.
The tenancy is as a whole (so a tv licence etc can be shared).
There's also a washing machine in the kitchen.
