Council Swap: Lovely 2 Bedroom Semi in St.Ives (Nr. Cambridge) for a 2 Bedroom house in Cambridge.
This is a lovely 1940s semi detached house. It comprises of 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, lounge / diner and kitchen. It is in great condition. The house also has it's own double carport at the end of the garden. Fairly large front and back garden. The living room has a cast iron fireplace fitted with beautiful fire surround. The kitchen and bathroom have both been recently refurbished by council. A new megaflow boiler was fitted recently too. The house is a 5 minute walk from St.Ives pretty town centre and river. This is a quiet area. We are looking for a similar place but in Cambridge. We would like a semi-detached house with 2 bedrooms. We are not interested in flats or the Arbury, or Cherry Hinton area. Any other areas considered.
