Building Services Engineer
My client are a public sector organisation in West Norfolk who are looking to recruit a Building Services Engineer for a 3 month contract.
Due to recent changes within the Estates Team they are now looking for a CIBSE qualified candidate who can start immediately.
The key purpose of the role is to assist in the day to day maintenance of M&E issues across the site; both reactive and planned. The planned maintenance will consist of an overhaul of the heating and cooling systems across the site.
The successful candidate will need to be a CIBSE qualified Engineer with a detailed knowledge of heating and cooling. A general sound understanding of M&E issues within public buildings is also very important.
