A beautiful Victorian mansion set amidst three acres of landscaped gardens, this property was originally built in 1852. The contemporary-style bedrooms have carefully chosen furniture and many thoughtful touches, whilst public rooms feature an open-plan bar, the adjacent restaurant and a small quiet lounge. HEAD CHEF required to oversee kitchen team (11) and kitchen management to maintain current rosette status (or higher) in 80-90 cover brasserie. The food would be described as modern Mediterranean, simple unfussy but utilising the best and freshest ingredients. Your experience should reflect this style of cuisine and your enthusiasm for ingredients should be second to none.
