Software Test Developer
My client is recruiting a Junior Software Test Developer to join its growing QA team. With a minimum of a years worth of experience,
You will be required to:
Undertake various automated and manual testing activities.
Assist in the design, Implementation and execution of manual and automated tests
Assist in activities aimed at increasing the coverage of our automated test suite
Assist in the analysis of test results and liaise with other Development Team members
Liaise with the Head of QA and Head of Engineering on matters relating to product quality and progress.
Necessary Technologies
Linux, especially scripting to support and build automated tests
SQL
HTML/XML
Desirable
Knowledge of the following technologies would be advantageous:
Python
Testing network/internet based systems
Virtualisation and its use as a deployment and test vehicle
Any automated test framework or environment.
