The Maltings Ely is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to fulfill a temporary assignment for the next three months with an immediate start.

You must have a passion for service and standards and full of ideas, as you will have control of the marketing and responsible for driving sales. This position will complement our successful C&B business.
