A single room is available from July 17 in an easygoing, mixed house. The house has two large downstairs rooms in addition to kitchen. There is also a decent sized garden. The house has all mod cons, wireless internet and Sky TV. It is 20 mins walk from the town centre, close to the A14/M11 and 5 mins from local shops. You will be sharing with a couple in their mid 20s and a woman. A long term (min 6 month ideally) let is preferred.
