Excellent Administrative job available for Project Co-ordinator role at training organisation based in Cambridge. You will be joining a busy team. This job offers the successful candidate a very busy and demanding opportunity within administration.
You will be a strong administration who has excellent IT skills. You will be comfortable with working in a deadline and target driven environment.

- Organisation of team meetings, collection of agenda items, preparing agenda and circulate fortnightly
- Send information to the team prior to the meetings for them to complete and return, collate all the data onto a set proforma to present at the meeting
- Ensure any materials required for the meeting are organised
- Ensure lunch is booked for those attending the meetings
- Book the meeting room
- Take minutes at meetings and type up action plans
- Seek authorisation for all incoming invoices and input the details onto a spreadsheet
- Raise invoices for equipment
- Add authorised purchase orders onto Sage. Training will be given on this system
- Handle all incoming calls to the team
- Raise relevant queries that arise
- General administration duties for all the team
- Booking of courses
