The Company:
Our client, a leading international company in the IT sector, is currently recruiting for a fluent German and French speaker with either fluent Turkish or Polish to work in their offices in Hertfordshire. This is a temp ongoing role with great opportunities for development and the possibility of becoming permanent. Full training is provided.
The Role:
The role will involve supporting computer desktop services including Windows platforms for the company's internal and external customers.
On a day to day basis, you will be handling inbound calls and emails from a wide range of business clients to assist them in resolving problems with their PC
It will be essential to adhere to the company's service level agreements, forwarding enquiries to the team leaders where appropriate.
Once established within the role, you will need to assist in the development of more junior employees and contribute to the communal skill set.
The successful candidate will receive full training on desktop computer trouble-shooting.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate for the role will be:
-Candidates MUST be fluent in French and German (these two languages are essential) to business level, plus additional Polish OR Turkish
-Must have experience in either customer service, problem solving, or computer system repair if possible
-Customer care focused, with integrity and strong work ethic.
-A strong Team player
-A car driver or able to commute to the Hertfordshire area easily (this is also possible from certain parts of North London)
-An interest in computing or a degree or diploma in IT is highly advantageous although not essential
-Commitment, enthusiasm and integrity are core to this role
