Sales Consultant Account Manager 23K Ote (uncapped)

Our Client is looking to recruit an outstanding Sales Executive / Account Manager to join their small team specialising in the sale of beautiful and exclusive items. Please note that this role entails regular weekend and evening work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer contact towards achieving agreed personal targets. These will include costs and sales - especially managing personal time and productivity.
b) Plan and manage your personal customer portfolio according to an agreed market development strategy.
c) Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions, ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimise quality of service, business growth, and customer and satisfaction.
d) Use customer relationship management systems, and update relevant information held in these systems.
e) Plan/carry out/support marketing activities to an agreed timescale, and integrate personal sales efforts with other organised marketing activities i.e. new releases, promotions, advertising, exhibitions and telemarketing.
f) Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
g) Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
h) Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) At least 1 years experience within the retail industry with proven ability in sales and customer satisfaction targets.
b) Basic PC skills including Excel/Word and Power Point.
c) UK travel including client visits (own vehicle strongly desirable)
