Home Manager - St. Neots - Cambridgeshire

Our client, a small group of Care Homes based around Norfolk and Cambridgeshire, is seeking a home manager for its 30 bedded home for the elderly in St Neots

As the ideal candidate you'll have an RMA or NQV4 along with management experience of a similar sized care home (or larger) dealing with elderly residents on a day to day basis, writing care plans, hiring and managing staff, maintaining a budget and above all providing the best care possible in this 'good' rated care home.

This position comes with an excellent salary and package and will best suit someone with a history of managing consistently well rated care homes.
