I have a 2 bed house both bedrooms being double size, one with walk in wardrobe and cupboard. The bathroom is larger then average and has shower over bath. Downstairs I have a second w.c, storage under the stairs, lounge and kitchen/diner. The back garden is large approx 40ft long and not over-looked at the back there is a shed and a side gate that leads to my own drive with space for 2 cars. I am also not over-looked from the front and it is a very nice and tidy surrounding area as it is looked after by the housing association. I am looking for a 2 or 3 bed house hopefully semi and with parking and garden in the 8 miles surrounding Sawston.
