Bertha has just been completely repainted, had her bottom blacked, had a refitted shower room, a new carpet,
lots of other “bits and bobs” and is looking really good!

According to the boat safety certificate she was built in 1974 and has been very well looked after.

Bertha is rather unusual as she has a central wheelhouse - ideal for muddy shoes and wet coats!
The roof of the wheelhouse comes off and the windows come down to get under any low bridges.

The rear compartment houses the bedroom with double bed, full-size wardrobe, large cupboard and the toilet / shower room.
The front compartment houses the main living area, 2 double seat sofas that convert into a double bed and the kitchen.
There is loads of storage and she makes maximum use of the space available.

She has 12v lighting and water pump and is also 240v wired with sockets throughout.
The cooker and hot water is gas powered, there is room for 2 gas bottles so you always have one spare!
Bertha is currently out of the water in Norfolk. She can be transported by road pretty much anywhere, so she’s not stuck on the Norfolk Broads!
