We are looking for a very experienced Care Home Manager to manage a 43 Bed Residentail Home for the Elderly in Cambridgeshire. The Home is registered for Dementia care for adults over the age of 65. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management skills within Elderly care and have a thorough understanding of CSCI regulations and working with other outside agencies.

Ideally you will have your NVQ level 4 - Registered Managers Award, Expereince of managing a staff team and a minimum of 2 years previous Care Management experience.
