This hands on role will involve everything from laying tables, polishing cutlery and glasses, serving food, bar drinks and wines in house and in the gardems. Leading a team of part time weekend staff and creating a warm and welcoming ambience for guests

Previous experience is a must, and candidates must thrive under pressure and keep a clear head when busy leading from he front
