You've got an idea which has got stuck in your head, circling round and round with little new information or inspiration to fuel it further. You're at a dead-end.

It may be because you don't feel you have anyone to share this idea with. You suspect your friends will laugh at your idea, your partner will throw out ten counter-arguments and your family just won't understand what you're on about.

Perhaps you've already tried and it's not been well received, or maybe they really wanted to support you but just didn't understand where you were coming from enough to know what to say.

It's not a great place to be - I know because I've been there and I've helped dozens of people who've also been there.

* Firstly, you need to articulate your idea - you need to get these thoughts out of your head and shared with others.

* You need to have help getting to the nub of your inspiration.

* And you need to find ways of earning income from your venture, so that it can be sustainable.
