Hi everyone,

I have a 2 bedrooms to rent in a flat based in a fantastic location in Cambridge. There are close by amenities, and it is only a 10 minute walk to the train station and 15 minutes walk into the town centre.

I am looking for a young professional or mature student to come and share my home. The ideal tenant will be open minded, enjoy music and want to live somewhere that feels like more than just a flat share.

There are two rooms available from the 1st December; One double room, which is £450 p/m, and one single room, which is £350 p/m. All bills are included in the rent, and both rooms come furnished with a bed and a wardrobe. The double room also has a chest of drawers, and the smaller room has a cabinet included, however this is optional, as tenants will be able to decide if they would rather have more space.

Shared communal areas include a kitchen, living room and balcony. There is wireless internet enabled and washing and drying facilities. Tenants will be expected to help out with general household chores, but more on a "let's keep things nice" basis than on a regimented rota basis. It is a smoking house and I have one cat.

Rent will be due on the first of every calender month, and one month's rent as deposit will also be required in order to confirm a rental agreement.
