I have been in my 1 bedroom Cambridge City Council Flat for 4 years and have really enjoyed the large space i have and the location being so convenient, but i want a change now.....

I want to swap my flat as I have now got 2 cats and would like to have access to a garden to have a cat flap and let them outside. Although my flat has a garden downstairs I am up a flight of stairs as its a flat in a converted house in Ditton Fields. I would also consider a ground floor flat and definately a 2 bedroom flat

The rent is £63 a week and its a very spacious flat with laminate flooring throughout and an electric shower it is decorated neutrally and very clean so not much would have to be done before you move in. The grafton centre is a 20 minute walk away.

I would consider negotiating furniture and the silver fridge, cooker and washing machine for the right property and I would be in a position to move at any time.
