Job Description:

As the Chef DE Partie of this hotel, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the smooth running of the business. Flexibility is a must. Experience of a Chef De Partie in a similar environment is preferable.

Required Experience:

The ideal candidate must have previously worked in the position as Chef De Partie preferably in a 1or2 rosette. The Chef De Partie will be very passionate about cooking and keen to learn from a very talented and experienced Head Chef. The successful CDP will work very well in brigade of 6 as well as being a strong and hard-working individual. Experience in all aspects of the kitchen is desirable.


Salary & Benefits:
