Myself and partner have a two-bedroom flat available for a minimum of 6 months in Great Cambourne, Cambridge from the 25th May onwards.
This top-floor apartment comes with 2 bedrooms (large and medium - both with built in storage cupboards with en-suite to main), a large and bright living/ kitchen area, separate bathroom with corner bath and electric shower.
The flat is modern, clean and also comes with major appliances such as a dishwasher, fridge-freezer and washer-dryer (all Hotpoint).
We have been living in this flat for a year and love it. The only problem is that we are now expecting a baby and we'd like something a little more practical.
We feel the flat would be ideal for the young-professional, couple or elderly resident. We have had no complaints with the place as it is well-insulated (cheap on bills), located adjacent to peaceful neighbours (so its quiet) and has everything we have need up until now.
In terms of surrounding amenities, Cambourne has a Doctors Surgery, Community Centre, local pub, a very good Morrisions and a variety of walks and recreational offerings (basketball hoops , tennis courts and
football pitches). There is a growing town centre also with takeaways and other useful services.
The Rural Centre also has planning permission for a new church, DIY centre and further retail offerings assuming expansion to the west is allowed.
We would therefore like to move out by the end of the month (as our new place is available) and would like someone suitable to take the remainder of the tenancy over for the final month/ few weeks so that we can locate to our new property without paying two lots of rent for June.
The property is in excellent condition and would suite anyone working in Central Cambridge - as work is only a 25 minute drive (rush-hour) or 15 minutes off-peak.

Your contract would be taken out with an estate agent based in Cambourne who we have had no problems with at all. They have taken interest in all of our concerns and have also remedied any problems we have found. The rent rate of £695 may also be subject to a slight increase (depending on the Agency's intentions) as this has been the fixed rate for the past year (i.e you might have to allow for inflation).
Assuming our new house is available and we are accepted, we are hoping to be out by May 31st, upon which date the flat/ apartment would the be available. This date may be subject to change (eg we could move out the week before); though the intended tenant would be kept up to scratch as to our plans, which are yet unknown as we are awaiting the green light for our new place.
