I'm in need of a house with either 2 large or 3 bedrooms in or around Cambrdge .

The flat has central heating , newly installed double glazing and cavity wall insullation. Decent sized living room , kitchen and bathroom with combined shower and bath. The flat has ample parking and over looks university playing field , on bus route , 15 minute walk into town and close to M11 junction. close to shops, catchment for parkside, newnham croft primary and has pat a cake on the door step.
If its this good then why do i want to move ???? More kids than bedrooms and am not getting much help from the council
