This is a supervisor vacancy and the sucessfull applicant will take responsibility for running a busy coffee pod at Addenbrookes Hospital. Previous experience of supervising a team within a coffee brand such as Costa or AMT is essential. The suceesfull applicant would need to demonstrate success within previous roles.

£7.87 per hour, Monday to Friday and working one weekend in 4

Job Description
1. To complete shift walkthrough as requested by unit manager.

2. To ensure the unit is being operated to brand standard at all times.

3. To ensure staff coverage inline with the agreed RPRPRT rosta.

4. To complete payroll returns weekly and submit to the admin team by 9am Wednesday

5. To supervise motivate and develop the team. Help with training as required by your manager.

6. Ensure that staff appearance and personal hygiene are maintained in accordance with company policy.

7. To ensure that customer complaints are promptly dealt, developing and retraining a solution to prevent future reoccurrence.

8. To monitor the teams selling technique, ensuring that up selling is occurring.

9. To be knowledgeable of all of the products and promotions, and to advise the customer in an appropriate manner when a request is made.

10. To ensure that all food safety and health and safety documentation is completed. To be aware of what corrective action to take should any documentation be incomplete or not to regulation (i.e. temp records)

11. To ensure that the team are complying with all cash handling responsibilities. To report any cash variances on the correct paperwork to the admin team

12. To complete the accident form online, should any customer/ employee have an accident in the workplace during your shift.

13. Raise orders as requested within your area of responsibility, ensuring full stock availibilty.

14. Monitor wastage and review daily to ensure wastage is kept below 1.5%

15. Working with your manager to ensure that the team are using safe working practices.

16. To ensure that the unit achieves budget.

17. To perform any duties as requested by your line manager, which are appropriate to the business needs.
