I am a 26 year old male professional looking for ideally a double room though I may consider a single depending on cost/location. The perfect location would be in Central Cambridge but needs to be near one of my bus routes (I work at Sanger outside of Cambridge). I have some of my own furniture but I would be looking for a furnished room. In terms of rent I will consider anything up to £450 including all bills. My current lease expires on the 7th of December so I would be looking to move in at the end of November/beginning of December.
