Language Recruitment Services is currently recruiting for a well-established organisation, based in Reading, is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Agent with the following language skills:

Italian and French

Your main responsibility will be:

- handling all customer orders and enquiries according to departmental guidelines;
- ensuring that any service failures are recovered promptly and cost effectively;
- escalating issues in a timely manner;
- making additional direct marketing sales calls;
- carrying out cash collection activities to recoup
