The Customer Service Specialist (CSS) is responsible for providing world class customer service; answering incoming calls within Service Levels and researching appropriate tasks.

Key Accountabilities:

• To deliver effective and unique solutions to customer enquiries
• Recording all details accurately on Sabio, reflecting call back times and availability of suppliers
• Ensure SLA targets are met and language availability is managed effectively
• Share knowledge on travel destinations, special interests and suppliers and input these into the Knowledge Database

Skill/Technical Competencies:

• Excellent organisational skills; effective and efficient use of time and resources in order to meet all deadlines and deliver quality results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient technical skills with Sabio, MS Office Suite or related systems
• Must be proactive and demonstrate initiative; able to reliably accomplish multiple tasks
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing situations, demonstrate flexibility, and take on other duties as assigned.
• Excellent attention to detail
