Field Sales Executive/Business Development Manager (home based)
£25k basic on £50kote (uncapped) + car + blackberry+pension+life insurance

They offer a portfolio of products to the independent retail sector that saves money for, and adds value to small businesses. They are constantly on the look out for new ways of helping their customers and gain the edge over their competitors.

The current team thrive in this role and if you have strong new business/cold calling skills you will hit your target with ease. This is not a role for account managers or ‘ploddy' sales people, but for those who are hungry and money motivated.

1-2 appointment a day will be arranged for you by the specialist telemarketing team and you will be expected to network/gain referrals/cold call to achieve additional 1-2 appointments. Your target is one close a day and if you are a good closer then this means an early finish every day!

Commission in paid every time you sign a customer up and you will be paid in the same month. Bonuses are also awarded for selling additional products in the portfolio.

The ideal Field Sales Executive/Business Development Manager will have:
•Previous b2b field sales/business development experience, with a structured sales training background
•The ability to ‘close' on appointment
•A target driven and self-motivated attitude
