My client is a Property Management company based in Newmarket who is looking for a Property Manager with a mature attitude and the ability to communicate with both landlords and tenants.

It is essential that you are currently, or have been until very recently, working within residential property management. This includes carry out viewings as well as managing the property once the tenants are in situ, right through until the tenants move out – including inspections, arranging for maintenance works, and chasing any rent arrears, as well as dealing with any day to day queries from either landlords or tenants

Further essential requirements are that you live within 30 minutes of Newmarket and initially have your own transport. Unfortunately people looking to relocate for the role will not be considered for this position.

The salary level is up to £22k, but for the perfect candidate there is room for negotiation. ARLA training will also be given to candidates wishing to complete the qualification.
