An experienced Deputy Manager is required for a Nursing Home in Cambridgeshire.

The role will include deputising across the board in the absence of the Home Manager. Experience in a managerial position within an elderly care environment is essential, as there is a great need for a familiarity with the category of service users and care plans and audits, assessments and ordering medications. The 80+ residents at the Home have general nursing and PD needs.
A good knowledge of CQC regulations is paramount.

The successful candidate will be offered a starting salary of 28-32k (dependant on experience). Hours will be worked over a full time week.
