The rent is inclusive of utilities (not telephone) and Council Tax. I require a £250 deposit and the 1st months rent (£345) prior to moving in. Room is available from Sunday 22nd November 2009.

I am based in Haverhill Suffolk, located on the Cambridge side of Haverhill which is about 5 minute walk from Sainsburys. I am only 30 minutes from Cambridge and Bury St Edmunds, only 20 minutes from the M11 and about 40 minutes from Colchester. There are very good transport links into Cambridge and Bury St Edmunds that run on a regular basis.
