We are a young professional couple and have a double room to let in our 2 bedroom flat which is 5 mins walk from Cambridge station. London Kings Cross is 45 mins away so it has good commuter links to London. The property has 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, 2 balconies, lounge/diner and kitchen, is 3 years old and we have had it since it was built.

The flat is also 5 minutes from mill road and about a 20 min walk into town.

We have a dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, freezer and Sky TV. There is an aerial point in the bedroom and we also have wireless internet which is included in the price. The room is furnished, with a shared balcony with the lounge. You will have use of the main bathroom as we have an en suite. We currently have someone living with us at the moment, but the room is available as of the 24 November 2009.

There is street parking available in our road and the surrounding roads, and our previous flatshares have not had problems parking. However, we do have a parking space in a gated undercroft car park which we may let out if specifically required.
