Looking for a clean & tidy Female tenant to rent a large size single room (furnished). Short term available.
You will be sharing a large clean house with another female in Milton on “The Sycamores” behind Tesco store, North Cambridge. Walking distance to Science Park & Business Park, off A14 and close to M11 and a bus or a bike ride into Cambridge city centre.
Rent is £85 per week, all bills included broadband available, on drive parking space.
Furniture: A single bed, a tall wardrobe, a large tall chest of drawers and a bed-side table. Essential kitchen equipment will be provided “new” still in box, plus one set of bedding.

Pls note: the location of this house is in MILTON, behind Tesco store on “The Sycamores”. It is NOT in south of Cambridge or in the city centre of Cambridge. However, there is a bus service which will take you into the centre and all major universities.
