I currently have a large 2 bed flat in the romsey/coleridge area of cambridge. I am looking for a property to exchange with that is 3 bed minimum and prefrebly a house in cambs.

I have a boy and 2 girls and so they need seperate rooms now.

My flat is in excellent decoration state that is modern and we have spent alot of money in the past couple of years on it.
Heres a list of things we have done.

Replastered the front room walls
Put new skirting, door, and door frame all pine in front room
Coving put up and ceiling artexed in front room
Front entrance, hall, bathroom and toilet floors all tiled with ceramic tiles.
Bathroom has new bath and sink.
Bathroom sink framing all replaced as old ones rotting and all newly tiled.
Built in trevi shower fitted and walls tiled. (bath panel and sink panel and pipe access panel yet to be done)
All doors will be solid pine (i have them but they are just not fitted as yet)

The living room is very big and i have 2 sofas and a dining table easily in there. The kitchen is only a couple of years old also and in great condition, we have recently repainted the kitchen and hall.
Seperate bathroom and toilet. One large bedroom and one medium bedroom both capable of holding double beds and wardrobes. Both rooms have just been decorated.
There is also a balcony
My flat is in a prime location in cambridge colse to excellent schools, shops and transport.
Right opposite is park with huge fields, a bowling green, tennis courts and a pool!

There is huge grounds all around the flat and a brick shed too for bikes and kids toys ect.

This is truly a great flat i would definatly not move if i had'nt had another child but its just too small for our expanding family.
