I'm an experienced proofreader and editor, looking for part-time additional work to help pay the bills. I can work in hard copy or electronically, posting proofs to you or transferring to electronic copy and emailing through.

Subject to a discussion about your text and particular aims/requirements, costs are either by 1000 words or by the hour and vary according to the difficulty of the job.

I have a high 2:1 degree in English Literature from Durham University and have worked on a high-profile research project for three years, preparing academic texts for international publication. I also have experience with PhD theses and journal articles, and smaller-scale papers and reports.
