Customer Service Representative
We are looking to recruit, on behalf of our client, an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their busy offices in Haverhill, Suffolk.
This exciting role will involve checking customer orders, liaising with customers over the phone and by email, raising quotes and updating spreadsheets. Reporting directly into the Customer Service Manager, the role will also involve following up on warm sales leads and contacting lapsed customers.
The successful applicant will have experience of working in a busy customer service department and will have excellent time management and prioritisation skills. You will have a flexible attitude and superb communication skills.
Good IT skills are essential and knowledge of using the system Oracle would be a distinct advantage.
Interviews will take place in Haverhill over the next 2 weeks following the short listing process by Crem Recruitment.
