3 rooms for rent from late August/early September in lovely bright newly-decorated Victorian cottage in Chesterton very near the river. I work in London during the week and have just bought the house, so I'm looking for 3 non-smoking housemates, and would prefer other professionals in their late-20s/early 30s, but I would consider postgraduate students. I will usually only be there at weekends. Please note that my cat will also visit, so avoid if you’re allergic!

The house has 2 large double bedrooms for rent and 1 compact single room. The 2 larger rooms have plenty of storage and are both £95 each per week, and the small room is £75 per week (the rent excludes bills). All the furniture is brand new.

The house has all mod cons including washer-drier, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, flatscreen LCD TV and a brand new bathroom. I will be getting a broadband wireless internet connection and a Sky TV package. There is a living room with a spacious bright kitchen/dining room, and a large garden at the back. The location is very quiet and ideal for anyone working in the science park. However, it’s only a 10 minute cycle to the centre of Cambridge.

The minimum rent period is 6 months. Please note that I would not want to rent to a couple (i.e., only 1 person can rent each room). The deposit will be 6 weeks’ rent.
