It is sturdy and is not easy to damage. It is in excellent condition. It is a great camera for amateurs to introduce people into the art of photography. On top of this it comes with 32 and 256 MB XD cards meaning you can take hundreds of photos! The batteries are not included but it takes 2 regular rechargeable AA batteries. It also comes with a Canon carrying case which the camera fits into snugly. Also included is a hand strap to make sure it doesn't get dropped! All in all £40 is a great deal for the camera and its accessories. A great buy!
