I cannot go into too much detail as I'm bound by NDA but we would like a developer with a great knowledge of actionscript3 and if known, PHP, that would be a bonus.

The project would last as long as it takes as you can work from home (remotely) flexible hours as there are no time constructs but we would need a good flow of commutation and your name will be on the credits.

The game will be a low budget project and we have not got much funding for this project so we will offer you a % of the earnings from the game. With success we hope to produce more games and will need your services again. We will be able to pay up front and in full on the next projects.
