I'm currently living in Bishop's Stortford, however my single-room tenancy in my house is due to end in December, and I would like to move to Cambridge or a surrounding town/village.

Instead of renting another single room from an agency, my plan is to find 1 or 2 other people (male or female, any age) to live with in the next month or so, look for a house to rent with those people, and then rent it jointly with them, splitting bills and tax etc.

I'm 22, have recently graduated from uni and started a job based nr Saffron Walden in June. I'm easy-going, up for a laugh, clean, tidy, and I don't think I have any unpleasant habits/interests! I work pretty long hours in the week but enjoy going out when I can. I enjoy watching/playing sport and I play acoustic guitar, but am always considerate about when/when not to play!
