A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Branch Manager to join a highly successful, niche, independent recruitment consultancy, who have a network of branches across the home counties. Due to impressive growth plans they are looking for a professional individual to head up their Peterborough office.

You will manage a team of 4 consultants, being responsible for their personal development and ensuring they are meeting their individual targets. You are encouraged to proactively participate and develop new initiatives for your branch.
