Pastry Chef required to join this Stylish Restaurant in Cambridgeshire working along side a Michelin and 3 Rosette Head Chef who is hoping to attract 3 Rosettes and Possibly a Michelin Star in this new and Modern Restaurant so a high standard Pastry Chef is essential.
The Head Chef has a solid background and has a modern style of cooking creating new and innovative dishes as well as a few ‘Modern Classics'
As Pastry Chef you would be expected to organise the Mis en Place and run your section to a very high standard, you will be given a certain amount of freedom and the chance to develop your own repertoire under the Guidance of one of East Anglias Top Chefs.
