My client is an exciting, blue-chip organisation that dominates its market sector.
Following a huge restructure, we are looking for an experienced PA to support the HR team, based at their offices in Peterborough.
The successful candidate will be
- An efficient typist
- Experienced user of shorthand (or similar)
- Able to operate at a senior level and with director level stake-holders
- Mature in their approach and sensitive to highly confidential data-handling
- Of blue-chip calibre and/or experience
- A team player with an excellent sense of humour
Duties will include
- Diary management
- Travel arrangements
- Arranging, co-ordinating and taking minutes of high level meetings
- Undertaking some market research projects
- Administration co-ordination and support
