Chef de Partie required for this stylish new restaurant due to open Spring 2008 under a very experienced 2 and 3 Rosette Head Chef

The Focus will be on good quality popular fresh local produce sourced locally where possible served in modern and popular styles

Our Client has hand picked his team and is looking for 1 more Chef de Partie to help strengthen the brigade. Previous experience in 2 rosette cuisine is essential.
