Our client located in Newmarket is currently seeking a Part-Qualified Accountant with strong analytical skills for the position of Financial Analyst.     You will play a key member of the finance team with key duties including:

- Financial analysis and provision of financial information

- Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts

- Fixed Assets, Accruals, Prepayments and monthly stock reconciliations etc

- Support of project accounting process including project costing and profitability analysis

- Assisting in budgeting & forecasting

- Cash flow forecasting

- Supporting ad-hoc projects

- Making recommendations for system/process enhancements

- Development of  financial models to support business decisions/processes as required

- Preparation of VAT/statutory returns

Key Requirements:
- Ideally Part-Qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA

- Proven management accounting experience

- Strong analytical skills

- Strong customer service skills

- Excellent Excel knowledge

- Ability to prioritise work load and work to deadlines
