Hey ya, there is one single room available from the 1st of July in a 4 bedroom shared house on Sedgwick street, just off Mill road. Its furnished house for a student as sharing with three students (females). There is a nice cosy garden too. Rent is 260 per month plus deposit 525. A contract would be for 9-12 months through an agency which is good and reliable, as no complaints so far.
