it has its own driveway, 100ft mature garden, own rear access.

nicely decorated throughout, not untidy or dirty.

3 beds 2 doubles one single, and dining room seperate to living room. has a very small kitchen peeps.

lives here for many years very happy, and who ever wants to move here would benefit from a quiet town life...........neighbours are great.

reason for move is I need a larger house nearer huntingdon/peterborough.

will consider 3 bed is sep dining room and 4 beds

Do not want to swap with people recently moved as I would like a very decent standard of co swapping house............I dont want to be the one stuck with tonnes of expenses in the move............
